B V Jagdeesh (2007)

President & CEO, 3Leaf Systems
B.V. Jagadeesh is a highly regarded business executive with a proven track record of managing and building market leaders. Before joining 3Leaf Systems, Mr. Jagadeesh served as Group Vice President and General Manager of Citrix Systems' Application Networking Group. Prior to the acquisition of NetScaler by Citrix Systems, Mr. Jagadeesh served as President and CEO of NetScaler. During his tenure, Mr. Jagadeesh grew NetScaler to become the market leader in Application Delivery Systems until its acquisition by Citrix for $325M in 2005.
Prior to NetScaler, Mr. Jagadeesh co-founded Exodus Communications. During his tenure at Exodus, he successfully helped the company grow from start-up to a leader in the Web co-location market and was instrumental in leading its highly successful initial public offering. Jagadeesh has also held various management and engineering positions at Novell and 3Com.
Mr. Jagadeesh is also very actively involved on many philanthropic activities which primarily addresses education and curable blindness for the under privileged.
Mr. Jagadeesh holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Bangalore University and a master's degree in electrical engineering from University of Bombay, India.
Ajit Manocha (2006)

EVP & CMO, NXP Inc.
Ajit Manocha is the Executive Vice President and Chief Manufacturing Officer for NXP, the newly independent semiconductor company founded by Philips.
Ajit is responsible for all divisional manufacturing and integral supply chain strategies including purchasing. In this role, he is part of the NXP executive management team (EMT), headed by Frans van Houten.
Prior to his current position, Ajit served as Executive VP and Chief Manufacturing Officer for Philips Semiconductors. He has led several initiatives as part of the division's business renewal program to significantly reduce the breakeven point of its European manufacturing base and has institutionalised manufacturing excellence.
Since joining NXP Semiconductors in 1995, Ajit has held positions of increasing responsibility in several areas ranging from leading two large European wafer fabs, to managing U.S. Operations, to heading Global Sales Operations and eBusiness.
Prior to joining NXP Semiconductors, Ajit held several positions with AT&T Microelectronics. His career started at AT&T Bell Laboratories as a research scientist where he was granted over a dozen U.S. and international patents for several novel inventions in the field of technology for microelectronics. He then moved on to applied development, manufacturing (in the U.S. and Spain), business development and strategic alliances responsibilities within AT&T Microelectronics.
Ajit has worked in Asia, Europe and the U.S. and brings a wealth of over 28 years of professional experience to NXP.
Ashok Amritraj (2005)

Chairman and CEO, Hyde Park Entertainment
Amritraj has grown Hyde Park Entertainment into a cutting-edge option to the traditional Hollywood studio.
Over the last twenty years, Amritraj has produced or executive produced over ninety films.
Amritraj is coming from a unique background in professional sports. Amritraj has played in every major tennis tournament during his nine-year career including Wimbledon and the U.S. Open.
The prestigious Vision Awards in Hollywood recognized Amritraj as their “2004 Producer of Vision”. In 2004, Amritraj also received the “Pride Of India” Award from the American India Foundation.
